When we spend time in nature our bodies release dopamine,endorphins & serotonin; chemicals that relax & energise.

 

This workshop immerses you in nature to reduce cortisol & adrenalin; stress hormones & reconnects you to yourself.

Out in open spaces we explore how nature can help us solve problems & make decisions.

 

As well as rediscovering your intuition & instincts, you’ll learn how to use nature to focus the mind & relax the body.

Letting go of the past & rewriting new habits.

​

Using gestalt techniques, we identify thought & behaviour patterns of your past that have been holding you back.

 

You'll walk the Labyrinth following a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques, Gestalt therapy & Shamanic ritual.

 

The techniques we use help you to vocalise what you want to leave behind and change; from old habits, bad patterns in relationships, anxious thoughts and unhealthy behaviour.

 

Then you set a clear intention for creating healthier

thoughts and behaviour going forward. 

Self Acceptance

When we’re disconnected from parts of ourself  it can show up in various ways; low self-esteem loneliness, anger, a sense of separateness.

Often as a result of difficult life circumstances; loss, grief, divorce, death, childbirth etc ... We become a kind of stranger to ourselves. We are left feeling as if 

we can not fully connect with others as a result.
